Updates 8.24.23

1. Added a contract signed function under users/locations in the VAR/Sales reps portal. Users should refer to their welcome email when joining the VAR program for more information on the functionality of this button.

2. Add a $1 Trial option to Portals for New VARS and Internal Sales Reps (Not Grandfathered Partners). Free trials are no longer available for users who were not previously grandfathered in. Grandfathered partners will still have a free trial option for businesses.

3. Limited CSV uploads - When a partner/VAR enters a location as a free trial, the location can only upload 100 customers imported via the CSV file option for the duration of their free trial. Paid locations now have a 5,000-per-day import limit.

Notice of Upcoming Server Maintenance Thursday, August 10, 2023 @ 11:00 AM, EDT

Wombot/Ready Reviews will be upgrading our server(s) beginning Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 11 AM EDT. During this time, we will be transitioning our current server to Amazon Web Services in order to create high performance scalability and better security and reliability for our customers. We expect the transition to last between 1-3 hours, pending no major issues.

Please be advised that during this transition period, ALL portals will be inaccessible for users. All portals for businesses, partners, and administrators will be shut down during the entire transition process to ensure a successful migration to the new platform. Reviews will also NOT be accepted using any QR codes, flyers or direct links during this time.

We understand this is an interruption of services to all parties and we ask that you communicate this information to anyone who may experience an interruption due to this downtime. We will work diligently to restore services to all parties as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Updates 7.19.23

Updates to Launch 7/18/2023 for Ready.reviews

1.      Link breaks in the review request emails

In the user portal, partners can easily edit messages sent out to customers and break apart large paragraphs of text to give off a professional message.

Navigate: portal login > settings > customization

2.      Update on the Logo size upload feature

In the partner and user portals, the logo file upload has increased to 20mb, meaning crips and unpixelated images will show up clearer in the back office and when sent to customers via emailed review requests.

3.      Added a counter to the ignored site list

In the user portal, if logged in as an admin, in the active reputation tracker tab to the left of the screen, under the new run daily/monthly scraper, there is a counter of how many review sites have been ignored so partners can check and have the option to add/activate that website’s review site to the list along with Google.

4.      Review request email update

In the user portal customization settings, the preview box font color and alignment of the text will match what goes out to customers when requesting a review.

5. A new tiny URL shortener has been applied to Wombot affiliate links and when text messages are sent out. This is automatic

6. The new internalized invoicing system (Only available now for paying affiliate commissions via direct deposit and not for charging businesses/users internally) now takes out partner monthly affiliate payments and applies them to the 199 + 15 per month fee.

7. Edited User Profile UI Change

There are now '+' and '-' sign to sections, acting as a new drop-down feature for better organization

Updates 7.6.23

1. Updated the 'get paid' button to show information that commissions payments are now automated

2. Added the ability to override the review form direct link: When enabled, the user can enter a new review form direct link and our system won't change it with the auto-generated one later.

3. Added a tool to get the Google profile ID and the Google place ID from the currently entered address: If logged in as an admin user and viewing the google review site, then a button will show saying ‘get profile link’. When clicked, it will search for and attempt to load the profile link

4. Update the transferwise system to automatically send the commissions due every Friday

5. SMS message providers are requiring more and more confirmations from users to consent to receive SMS messages. This checkbox allows the customer to consent to receive SMS messages when signing up at the kiosk

6. Provided a Java Script/HTML Code for signup form

1. In preparation for our new automated commission payout system, please be sure to enter your banking information into the 'Get Paid' tab in the reseller settings area.

2. Updated the system to send email notices to partners when their payments fail

3. Email notices will be sent when payments are successful

4. Allow adding coupon codes on the partner subscription page

5. Updated coupons for partner and user back offices have additional checking ( Partners can create coupons for  users only, not for other partners or for themselves)

6. Added support for outgoing text messages to automatically add the country calling code.
